1. No Refund Policy (Strict)

All purchases made on this platform are final and non-refundable.

Once payment is completed:

  • No refunds
  • No partial refunds
  • No transfers
  • No exchanges

This applies regardless of:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of time
  • Dissatisfaction with course pace or style
  • Technical issues on the user’s end
  • Market losses or unmet expectations

2. Session Rescheduling Is Not a Refund Trigger

  • Rescheduling of sessions due to unavoidable circumstances does not qualify for a refund
  • Change of mentor timing, batch timing, or session structure does not qualify for a refund
  • Temporary platform downtime does not qualify for a refund

Enrollment remains valid unless we permanently cancel the program.

3. Digital Content Access

Once access to:

  • Recorded sessions
  • Course materials
  • LMS dashboards
    is granted, the purchase is considered fully delivered.

Digital access cannot be revoked in exchange for a refund under any circumstances.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Violates this policy
  • May result in immediate account suspension
  • May lead to permanent denial of access to all services

We reserve the right to submit this policy and usage logs as evidence to payment gateways or banks.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Personal emergencies, financial hardship, or medical issues do not override this policy.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer rescheduling or extended access, but never refunds.
